Before you write
Within one working day (China Standard Time, GMT+8). WhatsApp messages are usually answered the same day, including Saturdays.
Product type, GSM or shade percentage, mesh size, width and length, colour, edge finish, quantity, destination port and whether you need a sample before the bulk order.
We send A4 or 1 m² swatches free of charge; you cover the courier account. Full rolls are quoted as a paid trial order and credited against the first bulk shipment.
FOB Shanghai or Ningbo as standard, CIF and DDP on request. We can also quote ex-works for buyers with their own forwarder in China.
Yes. We invoice in USD by default and can quote EUR or CNY. Payment by T/T, letter of credit at sight, or Alibaba Trade Assurance for platform orders.
